Lens-Artists Challenge #77 – Favorite Images of 2019!

Posted by

Oh.My.Gosh. This is probably one of my favorite Lens-Artists Challenges of the year. I get to go back and reflect on all the fun adventures of 2019. This brings me a great deal of joy :-). Thanks Patti at Pilotfish for the challenge!

We had such a blast this past year – think it was one of the best on record. We covered ground in Arizona, Patagonia, Oregon, our great state of Colorado, California, London, Paris, Munich, Utah and New York City – PHEW – it was a busy year. I wouldn’t have it any other way!

For this challenge, I tried to find images I haven’t posted before, though I think there are a handful of repeats – Hope you enjoy them all.

Dead Horse Point, Moab, Utah
All trails lead to Denver – Bear Creek Lake Park, Lakewood, Colorado
The muse for my DIY thank you cards – Butterfly Pavillion – Broomfield, Colorado
A rainy day in Paris, she looks as unhappy as we were traipsing about in the rain.
The world famous Louvre, Paris.
Flat-tops wilderness, Steamboat, Colorado
A family self portrait, Boulder, Colorado
Sunset at Canon Beach, Oregon
Patagonia, Argentina
Nothing to see here – Hyde Park, London
Beautiful day hike in Scottsdale, Arizona
The Brooklyn Bridge, NYC – Taken right before I nearly got hit by a bike and fell on my arse.
The first shot with the new camera – Denver Botanic Gardens.

This year certainly had its ups and downs, but I’d say we still ended up on top!

Cheers to a happy, healthy, adventurous 2020!

….i choose this…

  1. Great gallery of a great year! So many travels! Patagonia is gorgeous and even if I am not a city person at all, that Brooklyn Bridge is smashing. For the beauty, I choose the Butterfly Pavillion – would make a nice painting, Japanese style. Happy New Year!
